We hadn't really thought about that, to be honest, and it's the first time we've heard it suggested. We'll keep that in mind as a possible future enhancement.
I've used plotbot and scriptware together, going back and forth between the two programs on my PC using shift-alt-tab, copying and pasting in both directions. You can also open up Word and do the same thing. It will paste in Word or Scriptware, and you can have many programs open at the same time and go back and forth between them with shift-alt-tab.
