A MAN, wearing black only, sips his coffee. JOHN, a large, beefy man in his 30's, walks in, and without a word, takes the seat opposite of him.

John slides a large, manilla envelope across the table.

INT. UNMARKED VAN

A couple of FEDERAL AGENTS cram into the van across the street to listen in. The one with headphones turns to the other.

AGENT 2 slips headphones on.

RESTAURANT

The man opens the envelope and takes a cursory look.

John's face tightens...

The assassin turns and sits down.

ASSASSIN throws a bottle of wine at MAN # 3. The wine splatters over his head, just as police step inside.

POLICE COMMANDER yells as a chair is hit over his head. He falls, unconscious.

The ASSASSIN follows JOHN out the door, crawling on their hands and knees.

The ASSASSIN presses a red button on a remote control-like gadget. The restaurant explodes in a whirlwind of flames and rubble.

They jump into the car. It shoots ahead, and runs two red lights.

The ASSASSIN presses on the pedal and turns the steering wheel.

Then giant machine gun turrets come out of the rear light sockets. They fire, blowing the engine off of one of the motorcycles. It crashes into the ditch with a loud KA-BOOM!

JOHN gives ASSASSIN the small gadgets.

Clang clang the police shot at the assassin.

police cars start to come around the backyard.

Police start running into the backyard, but JOHN is hiding. The ASSASSIN uses the grenade launcher as he flies away.

Immediately the rear car lights slide into slots where each light enters chambers in the back of the car.

the police shoot at the assassin. it bounces off the chair.

JOHN gives this gadget to ASSASSIN like the others.

ASSASSIN hops in as the rest of the policemen fire at him.

The ASSASSIN fires and kills three policemen and starts running.

The POLICE board motorcycles. They drive away.

JOHN points to a red button on the side of the device and pushes it making it double in size and a long barrel bursts out from where the antenna used to be.

The two men walked around the back wall of JOHN's house and opened his garage door revealing a room full with amazing gears and gizmo's. But the best part was a smoking hot silver corvette.

The bullet whizzes past ASSASSIN. Then, a faint sound of glass breaking, then a dog barking.

JOHN pulls out what looks like a walkie talkie and throws the object up in the air and catches it once.
