1. COLD OPEN

A quick wrap up. The CFO of a technology company is caught inappropriately using company funds. In a landmark settlement, a film company covers financial losses in exchange for full access to the CFO's office and his directly reporting department as a new ultra transparent reality tv show on shady business.
The producers are banking on scandal and corporate intrigue.

3. ACT 1

Welcome to Collections

Through a loophole caused by ambiguous language in the settlement, the company's board of directors vote 10 votes to 1 (the CFO voted against it) to demote the CFO to the director of the Billing department in charge of their payment plan customers, aka collections department. This means the CFO's office and directly reporting department are no longer in the corporate building or upper management at all.
The CFO and the producers of the reality show are equally upset about this move.
We are introduced to the Collections team in a meeting about these new changes.

4. ACT 2

The camera crews scramble to find something interesting going on in the office.
The CFO struggles with his new loss of power.
The department managers struggle to gain stability back in their department.
The collectors try to keep customers calm and each other.
The camera crew finds gold in a talkative, smoke-break-taking, seemingly connected collector.
The employee gives up too much and is let go, but not for long. The producers have executive power when an employee is being fired because of the transparency clause in their contract with the company, no employee can be fired for revealing company info.
