Motivated by a previous traumatic event which left his mother murdered by a viscous psychopath, Cosmo Markakis vows to exact revenge, but first must practice his new-found vigilante skills on some inner city lowlifes. However, unbeknown to him, his father ( A homicide detective), is quickly on his tail.
