As music plays,the opening scene begins with a wide shot of a vast beautiful landscape and clear blue skies. Off in the distance, we see someone on a horse riding across the open plains. There could be more than one angle showing the person riding across the land. We never see the face of this person, who's one of the lead characters, a cowboy named James Tanner. Beginning credits are rolling through this opening sequence. The opening scene ends with James Tanner dismounting his horse and tieing it beside another horse already tied to a tree. He then turns toward the camera, This is the first moment we see James. He's a younger man in his 20's. He wears a two gun holster and carries a riffle. He raises his gun and walks toward the camera but veers to the left out of frame. We then cut to a over the shoulder shot as James walks quietly through the words. James slowly and carefully closes in on a campsite. There only appears to be one man. The man looks to be fast asleep. James makes his way to the feet of the man, slowly raises his riffle, and cocks the trigger. With the riffle pointed towards the sleeping man, James speaks...
