Scene I

(Boy appears in a park. He looks confused and doesn't know how he got there. He spots a girl who is staring at him curiously. He looks at her funny. He decides to walk up to her).

Boy: Hey. Do I know you?

Girl: Do I know you?

Boy: I don't think so. Why were you looking at me?

Girl: Why were you looking at me?

Boy: You were looking at me first.

Girl: I was only looking at you because you were the first person to look at me. Everyone else just doesn't notice me.

Boy: What do you mean?

Girl: Watch! (She runs up to a woman walking her dog) HEY! HEY LADY! NICE DOG! (The woman appears not to notice her and is instead smiling to herself and enjoying the sun).

Girl: (Comes back) See what I mean?

Boy: Wow that is strange! What's going on. Wait a minute... how did I even get here?

(They start to walk)

Girl: What do you mean how did you get here?????

Boy: (He changes the subject so he doesn't sound like he is crazy. He wants to impress this girl) So what's your name?

Girl: Jessica, what's your name?

Boy: Anthony.

Girl: Well it's nice to meet you Anthony.

Boy: And you as well! (He turns his head to look at the trees) So... what do you like to do for fun?

(He turns back to her and notices she has disappeared)

Boy: Well that's weird

Scene II

(Fade in)

(Boy is walking down a street. He sees an abandoned house. It looks welcoming and he needs a place to stay. He makes his way inside).

(Standing to the far right of the room is the girl).

Girl: WHO ARE YOU? WHAT DO YOU WANT?

Boy: Jessica?

Girl: (She thinks) Wait a minute. You're Anthony aren't you?

Boy: Yes.

Girl: Why do you keep following me around? This is my house. Find your own.

Boy: Listen, you don't have to be such a snot about it. I didn't know this was your house. I was just looking for somewhere to stay.

Girl: I guess I can let you stay here awhile. After all, you are the only person who notices me. Not that it's a big deal anyways. The radio will go off any minute.

Boy: Radio? What radio?

Girl: Just don't worry about.

Boy: Hey listen I -- (boy is interrupted by the image he sees behind the girl. The window behind her is starting to shape itself in an odd form. The room starts to get darker and colder. All the sudden a shadow arises just beyond the wall).

Girl: Oh no! Now look what you've done! (She begins to panic and closes her eyes like she is thinking really hard. She starts shaking her head. She looks slightly mental).

Boy: (Looks confused) What the hell are you doing? (Looks at the growing shadow) I don't know what that thing is but WE GOTTA GET OUTTA HERE! (He turns back to look at her and notices she has disappeared again. Confused but full of panic, he looks around one more time before running out the door. He makes it out the door. Now the shadow is gone and the night is calm again. He is confused and shaken. He walks a few miles before he sits on a curb breathing heavy. He sits there for awhile).

Scene III

(A few hours pass. The boy finally gets up. He steadily starts walking down the street. As he walks he notices a group of children playing in a yard. They are all sitting around not seeming to notice each other. A small stumpy child with dark brown hair looks as if he is deep in thought. Then suddenly a large green tricycle appears in front of him. He jumps for joy. He stands up and moves toward it but before he can even make contact with it the child disappears. The same follows suit for the other children. One tall, skinny, blonde boy seems also to be deep in thought. In no time a large Hershey's chocolate bar appears before him. He also jumps for joy and reaches to grab it. As he does the child disappears).

(Again the boy starts to panic. He is scared and doesn't understand what is going on. He needs answers. He starts to run. He doesn't know where he is running to but he runs anyways. But it seems with all the running he is doing he can't seem to make any distance. Before he long he quits. He walks to the side of a house. He is scared and confused and wishes someone could help him. He feels exhauste and tries to sleep but doesn't seem to be able too. Out of nowhere appears Jessica).

She talks to the boy and then suddenly she is awoken by her radio alarm clock. She falls asleep again the next day. She is back in the house she always revisits in her dreams. Before she can tell him the news she is awoken by her mother. When nighttime comes around again she is determined to visit her dreams again to find the boy.
