The story takes place in the year 2087 A.D. . After mankind has nearly destroyed itself completely at the end of the third world war. Terra One is what we now call our earth. Dr Marshall along with help from his A.I. friend, A.N.N.I.E, and it's self-replicating nanobots, helped rebuild the world into a utopia. The mega-city which contains the last remaining civilization, is now called Utopia. Lead by both man and machine this new society is continuing the effort to re-garden, and populate Terra One. The machine-man coalition looks good on the surface, but the underground is still filled with those who would like to overthrow the system.

This tale will weave together several side stories.
