Help me make this more fun and rediculous: Hoping to start a new life and count his money, a U.S. bank heist meister is on the lam in an off-the-map, breezy African seaside town. Instead of being left to sail the coast at his leisure, he is pulled into local trouble between the African nation and its corporate oil-extracting partner. He's made an offer he can't refuse by the persuasive oil company's female "wheel greaser": "Make that tanker in the bay disappear and its 1 million barrels are yours." How do you steal a 200,000 ton ship?
