A german shepherd dog named Travis and his sister Beth wander the forest in search of something fun to do. When they come across a mysterious tunnel that seems to lead nowhere, Travis is unexpectedly sucked in by a strong wind which takes him though a seemingly neverending darkness. He ends up in a dull, empty place called The Realm, where only the few animals that had made the same mistake as Travis reside.
