Ah Judge! He is a good doorman. He knows everything about this hotel, probably more than me. Not quite sure why he sticks around here, but he is my best employee. But I dont think he realizes that these people have real lives and that we need to treat them with meticulous care. Like being an ambassador of good will, not just a hotel. He does not realize that each encounter with a person is a chance to make something memorable in their lives. I just wish I could do it the way my dad did. I don't know if I could be as much of a memory maker as he was.

Look at that guy. He's been standing there all night. Might as well hold a sign that says "homeless, will work for food". Mr. M. lets him stay out here...I dont know why. I don't think its good for business. Probably one of the reasons that this place is going downhill.

Anyone can join this project.
