2. Kicking The Leaves

Margot is narrating her life, and what got her here, while she walks down the streets into the forest.
Her voice is somewhat sarcastic sounding, and careless.
She is mortified, and frustrated, and trying to figure out how to cope with this one of many obstacles in her life.
She walks fast from tree to tree and lands on a pile of leaves.
She sits there. She has her gun in her hands. (That freaked out a neighbor watching her storm out)
She stares at the gun and throws it into a pile of leaves. She sticks the back of her head onto the tree she is sitting under, and starts thinking.
She falls asleep.

3. The Morning After

Margot wakes up with the sound of construction workers drilling something nearby. She is laying down and she looks around her, slightly confused and sighs. She slowly props herself back up, picking the bits of leaves in her hair, and sits for a minute in her groggy state. She then stands up and walks towards the gun in the pile of leaves a couple of feet away from her, picks it up, and starts walking back home.

4. The Morning After: Coming Back Home

Margot slowly opens the door, and starts walking towards her room. Her mom runs out of the kitchen and grasps her tightly in her arms. They have the "Thank God your okay" talk, but don't talk about last night. Her mom tells her she prepared breakfast, and walks back to the kitchen. Margot is somewhat saddened and irritated about her mom's inhumane way of handling the situation. She continues her walk across the hallway, and enters puts her hand on the doorknob. She stops for a beat and looks into the crack of her parents' room next door. Her father is smoking his cigar and looking out the window. She looks down, and continues her way into her room. She sets her bag down and flops herself onto her bed on her stomach, and swings her back onto the bed, her fingers laced, her stare stuck on the ceiling. She moves her eyes towards the window on her right, and shifts her body. She then notices a book on her bedside table. She grabs it, reads the back, chuckles, and opens it. It's a self-help book her sister had left her. Her sister dedicated it to her and wrote a message on the front page: "Read it, you need it. Love, Your Sister". She chuckles again, and puts it back on her bedside table. She takes her cell phone out of her pocket, and presses on 5 (speed dial to her friend). She asks to hang out. Her friend responds she'll be there in a couple of minutes.
