Jack Smitty is a con man that makes his living talking his way into high level positions, staying long enough to collect sign on bonsues and then moving on to the next mark. The method has been working flawlessly for years but when he is confronted with a femme fatale competitor who starts moving in on his scam, Jack has to step up his game to stay in the money.
